I am Kedar Zavar architect with leading Remedyforce/ Salesforce partner. In past years, I have done number of small and large Remedyforce implementations. I have also worked as part of BMC technical support team supporting Remedyforce and on premise products like BMC service desk express/Magic.
My specialties include ITIL based Remedyforce implementations, user training, Remedyforce agile approach, UAT, Single Sign On, Pentaho Integrations, Salesforce user provisioning providing – best of Remedyforce with Salesforce. I have enjoyed working on Remedyforce and BMC product line and now mastering Salesforce. My goal is providing best out of box functionality of Remedyforce with Salesforce features to make customers successful.
